Acoustic guitar and mandolin player Flynn Cohen tours with the award-winning band Low Lily and is a long-time sideman to Irish accordion legend John Whelan. He has performed at major festivals and concert venues around the country including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, the Library of Congress, and Tanglewood.
He specializes in flatpicking and accompaniment in several traditional and contemporary acoustic music styles and has two online guitar courses with Peghead Nation. Flynn has earned music degrees from Dartington College of Arts (Devon, England) and Mills College (Oakland, California) and is a former guitar student of John Renbourn, Davey Graham, and Scott Nygaard.
