Cindy and her husband Don are 2018 National Heritage Fellowship Award recipients from the National Endowment For the Arts. Cindy is a musician who grew up immersed in the melodies and rhythms of Franco-American music, learning to play the piano and step-dance. Her step-dancing is fluid and rhythmic, and provides a perfect complement to Don’s virtuosic fiddling.
